My Approach: I believe therapy is a collaborative and creative endeavor, and provide a safe and supportive environment in the therapy room for you to explore your identity, relationships, history, and desired changes. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you create lasting, tangible changes in your life, often after just a few weeks or months in therapy. Using this empowering approach with scientifically supported effectiveness, I can partner with you to learn concrete skills for mindfulness, relaxation and self-care while also helping you learn to change how you think, feel, and interact with the world. I am also influenced by Gestalt, Narrative, Relational, and Systemic approaches to therapy, and will provide you with an integrated approach to therapy that is tailored to your specific goals and style. I view life as an ongoing journey where even our most difficult moments provide us with opportunities to grow, change, heal, and connect more deeply with ourselves and others. I would be honored to walk with you on this portion of your journey.

My Professional Background: I am a licensed Marriage and Family therapist with nine years of experience in the mental health field. I have experience working in community, school, non-profit and private practice settings, and use this wealth of diverse experience to help ensure my clients are able to experience their time in therapy with me as supportive and transformative process where they are able to make real changes in line with their goals.

 Education: M.A. in Clinical Psychology and M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology in Pasadena.

Clients accepted: I am currently accepting individual adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Special services focused on parenting are also provided.
