My office is located in Castro Valley, directly off of 580 freeway and also accessible via BART.

It is a 10-20 minute drive from several neighboring East Bay cities, including San Leandro, Oakland, Hayward, Dublin, Pleasanton, Union City, and Alameda.

From 580 East (Oakland, San Leandro):

• Take the Redwood Road exist toward Castro Valley
• Turn left on Redwood Road
• Turn left on Norbridge Avenue
• Please enter the parking lot driveway on the left and park in any available space
• We are the large yellow historic farmhouse on the left. Norbridge is a one-way street at our office so if you pass the driveway you will have to circle back around. If you use the Strobridge exit, parking is available on Strobridge in front of the office, but you will not be able to access the parking lot.

From 580 West (Dublin/Pleasanton):

• Take the Redwood Road exist toward Castro Valley
• Turn right on Redwood Road
• Turn right on Norbridge Avenue
• Please enter the parking lot driveway on the left and park in any available space

From BART:

• Exit BART at the Castro Valley Station
• Head southwest on Norbridge Ave toward Wilbeam Ave
• The destination will be on your left, 1700 Norbridge Ave
• It is a .7 mile/15 minute walk from the Castro Valley BART station

Information for your first visit:

• Our office is on the first floor, and is the first door on your left once entering the building.
• You may enter the building without knocking and wait in one of the chairs in front of Suite B. Please do not knock on the door for Suite B as I may be in an appointment. I will come greet you as soon as my previous appointment ends.
• If you are arriving for your first appointment, please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to complete initial intake paperwork. A clipboard will be left on the table by the door for Suite B with all required paperwork attached.
•  A restroom is available at the end of the hallway for your convenience.
